NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A CODE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A CODE.

Eligibility

The Serra Auto Park $25 Concert Cash® Code Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor

Serra Auto Park, 3281 S. Arlington Rd, Akron, OH 44312 (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 4:30 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 16, 2026, or when all available Codes have been distributed, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Participate

During the Promotion Period, attendees at eligible Blossom Music Center shows (listed below) may locate the official Serra Auto Park QR code displayed on digital concert boards at the venue. To participate:

1. Scan the QR code using a mobile device.
2. Complete the online registration form by providing your full name, valid email address, and acknowledging these Official Terms & Conditions.
3. Submit the form.

Code Distribution & Limits

• Codes will be distributed on a strictly first-come, first-served basis to the first twenty-five (25) eligible individuals who successfully complete the registration form for each specific eligible show.
• Limit one (1) $25 Concert Cash® code (“Code”) per person and per valid email address across the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of Codes by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries.

Codes will only be available during the following shows at Blossom Music Center:

• June 10, 2026 – Black Crowes with Whiskey Myers
• June 19, 2026 – The Strokes
• July 7, 2026 – Jack Johnson
• July 17, 2026 – Tim McGraw
• July 21, 2026 – John Mellencamp
• July 28, 2026 – Train
• July 30, 2026 – Evanescence
• August 5, 2026 – Chicago & Styx
• September 11, 2026 – O.A.R.
• September 16, 2026 – Pitbull

Code Value & Redemption Terms

• Each Code is a $25 Live Nation® Concert Cash® code.
• Code is valid for one (1) $25 discount toward a qualifying ticket purchase for a select Live Nation-produced and promoted concert at participating Live Nation venues in the United States, ticketed via Ticketmaster.com, and subject to availability.
• Codes must be redeemed by 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2026.
• Valid for one-time use only. Limit one (1) Code per transaction. Cannot be combined with other Codes, discounts, or promotions.
• Codes are not valid for VIP Nation® offers, fan club tickets, ticket packages, gift cards, shipping charges, or TM+, Platinum, resale, or TicketExchange by Ticketmaster® tickets (where applicable).
• All ticket purchases are subject to Ticketmaster’s standard Purchase Policy.

General Conditions

• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, or bartered.
• Codes are void if altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized means. Sponsor and Live Nation will not replace lost, stolen, or expired Codes.
• Sponsor is responsible for Code distribution and administration of the Giveaway.
• Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for administration, eligibility verification, or Code distribution. All inquiries regarding this Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor.
